Broughton Hospital Admissions Canopy
Another successful collaboration with our friends at Perkins&Will.
hX collaborated with DHHS, SCO, and
Broughton Hospital to design and
document two new canopies, including a
specialized canopy for infectious disease
screening, as well as leading the design
of a new Maintenance Building. Working
quickly, hX facilitated a rapid decision
making process and delivered a high
quality set of documents to SCO which
received minimal comments, leading to
a quick approval and implementation of
the project.
Broughton Hospital is one of three regional psychiatric hospitals operating as a part of the Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities within DHHS. The hospital serves the western 37 counties of North Carolina as part of the state’s mental illness system.
